We are delighted to be invited to speak to probation teachers in Falkirk. In the course of our session we will be looking at the importance of parental involvement for children’s attainment and sense of well being as well as the barriers that ethnic minority parents can face to getting involved in the school. It will also provide probation teachers an opportunity to identify what positive actions they can take to support EM parents to become more involved in their children’s learning and school community.
