Hate Crime Strategy Consultation: Human Rights Perspective

The aim of this session is to provide attendees with a general understanding of the ‘International Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination’. How this treaty applies to Scotland and how it could help enhance a hate crime strategy for Scotland
