In an article posted online by The Telegraph on 24th August, it is incorrectly stated that BEMIS campaigns for independence. This is not true. BEMIS holds its impartiality as an organisation as a core value which enables us to deliver with credibility a broad programme of work which seeks to instill a culture of active citizenship with our diverse communities.
We have asked for the article to be corrected and sent a formal letter of complaint.
